Decision No Decision No.353-TTg of May 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Sedentarization and New Economic Zones Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The Sedentarization and New Economic Zones Department shall assist the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in performing the function of State management over the labor and population distribution, sedentarization and development of new economic zones throughout the country.- (Summary)
