THE GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION No. 18/2000/NQ-CP of November 30, 2000 on the Government’s November 2000 regular meeting On November 27, the Government held its November regular meeting, discussing and resolving the following problems: - It heard the draft planning on university and college network toward the year 2010, presented by the Minister of Education and Training; it assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with concerned agencies in gathering opinions of the cabinet members, supplementing and completing the draft plan, and submitting it to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision; -It heard the Minister-Director of the Government’s Commission for Organization and Personnel presenting the draft Ordinance on National Archives; and the Minister-Director of the Government Office presenting a report summing-up opinions of the cabinet members on such draft ordinance; - It also heard the report on socio-economic situation in November and the first 11 months of 2000, presented by the Minister of Planning and Investment.- (Summary)
