DECISION

On the import tax rates of machinery and equipment used in the coal industry

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” the import tax rates of machinery and equipment exclusively used for pit coal mining which are specified in Table II enclosed with the Finance Minister’s Decision No. 110/2003/QD-BTC of July 25, 2003, shall apply till the end of December 31, 2007.- (Summary)
