DECISION No. 22/2004/QD-TTg of February 25, 2004 on the lists of State secrets classified as strictly confidential and top secret in the agriculture and rural development domain

This Decision promulgates the lists of State secrets classified as strictly confidential and top secret in the agriculture and rural development domain and replaces the Prime Minister’s Decisions No. 621/TTg of December 29, 1993 on the list of State secrets in the agriculture and foodstuff industry sector; No. 577/TTg of November 29, 1993 on the list of State secrets in the forestry sector; and No. 477/TTg of September 29, 1993 on the list of State secrets in the irrigation sector.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
