DECISION No. 893/QD-TTg of September 21, 1999 on the Phu My residential quarter investment project in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City The Phu My residential quarter project in Ho Chi Minh City has the objective of creating a new, magnificent and comfortable population center in service of the movement of people from District 4 to District 7, thereby implementing the population dispersion program of Ho Chi Minh City. The project shall be built on an area of around 13.3 ha in Phu My ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The total investment capital of the project is estimated at 207,420 million VND.
