* DIRECTIVE No. 764-TTg OF NOVEMBER 23, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE RELEASE OF MERCHANDISE LEFT IN STOCK AT THE WAREHOUSES OF HAIPHONG AND SAIGON PORTS As from November 1995, the merchandise packed in 20-feet and 40-feet containers shall be allowed to be transported in full by special-purpose trucks from Haiphong and Saigon ports to the warehouses of the owning enterprises or to inland ports for customs clearance and quick delivery.- (SUMMARY)
