Decision No.406-TTg of June 17, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization of the managerial personnel training schools of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development To establish the Agriculture and Rural Development Managerial Personnel Training School No.1 on the basis of merging and reorganizing the Agriculture Managerial Personnel School, the Forestry Managerial Personnel School (except for its branch in Song Be province) and the Irrigation Managerial Personnel School.
