DECISION No.98-TTg OF FEBRUARY 9, 1996 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE SURVEY OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT IN URBAN AND RURAL AREAS The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the General Director of the General Department of Statistics shall have to work out a plan for the survey to be conducted from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 1996 with the following contents: the numbers of family households and eligible laborers; the labor situation: full employment; partly employment or unemployment; professional skills; sex; the characteristics of the urban and rural labor, forms of labor, job-generating capability; measures to tackle the unemployment issue.- (Summary)
