THE PRIME MINISTER DECISION No. 74/2000/QD-TTg of June 27, 2000 on transforming the Hydraulic Construction Company 2 into a joint-stock company To transform the Hydraulic Construction Company 2, which belongs to Hydraulic Construction Corporation I of The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, into the Hydraulic Construction Joint-Stock Company 2 - HSCO2. Headquarter: Tan Minh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city. Charter capital: 15,500,000,000 VN dong, in which the State’s equities represents 26%, equities sold to laborers of the enterprise: 66%, equities sold to objects outside the enterprise: 8%. Business lines: - Construction of hydraulic works: dykes, dams, embankments, reservoirs, water supply and drainage systems, water conduits. - Construction of hydro-technical works of hydroelectric power stations, construction of electricity transmission lines and transformer stations of up to 35KV. - Construction of civil works and coverings of industrial works of group B. - Construction of land roads of up to grade III as well as bridges and sluices thereon. - Construction and handling of constructions’ foundation. - Repair and upgrading of traffic and hydraulic works. - Exploitation and transportation of construction materials. - Importation of and trading in specialized supplies and equipment for hydraulics sector. - Dealing in hotels and tourism.- (Summary)
