Decision No.41/2000/QD-TTg of March 28, 2000 on the transformation of Concrete Company No.620 into a joint stock company To transform Concrete Company No.620 - a State enterprise, into Chau Thoi Concrete Joint Stock Company No.620 (CJCO). - Head office: Km 1877, National Highway 1A (old), Chau Thoi village, Binh An commune, Di An district, Binh Duong province. - Charter capital: 58,800,000,000 VN dong, of which the State’s stake represents 50%, the shares to be sold to laborers in the company account for 25%, and those to be sold to outsiders make up 25%. - Business lines and trades: + Manufacturing and assembling prefabricated concrete structural components; + Manufacturing construction materials of all kinds; + Manufacturing and repairing mechanical engineering tools, machinery and equipment; + Building traffic works (bridges, culverts, land-roads and ports); dredging canals, leveling ground, digging and filling foundations of construction works, applying blast-drilling method in construction activities; + Constructing industrial and civil projects; + Exporting and importing traffic and construction supplies and materials; + Providing services of transporting common concrete products, unhardened concrete, super-length and super-weight concrete structures.- (Summary)
