DECISION

On the tariff quota-based import of goods originating from Laos at the import tax rate of 0%

Under this Decision, the 2006 tariff quotas shall apply to rice, tobacco and tobacco stem, and motorcycle spare parts imported from Laos; the time limit for tariff quota-based import of rice in 2005 provided for in Decision No. 2581/2005/QD-BTM of October 26, 2005, on the 2005 tariff quota-based import of two goods items originating from Laos at the import tax rate of 0%, is prolonged to the end of March 31, 2006.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” till December 31, 2006.- (Summary)
