This Decision stipulates the university and college entrance examinations, applicable to the form of on-the-sport training (the former in-service training system) by the informal education mode. The enrollment applicable to forms of correspondence and self-study with guidance is prescribed in other documents of the Ministry of Education and Training.

This Decision specifies the entrance examinations; the conditions for sitting at examinations; subjects entitled to the consideration for direct enrollment in the on-the-job training form; dossiers and procedures for registration for sitting at examinations, sending and receipt of notices on sitting at examinations.- (Summary)
