Decision No.277-TTg of April 28, 1997 on upgrading the Ninh Binh Teachers Training Intermediate School into the Ninh Binh Teachers’ College. The Ninh Binh Teachers’ College is attached to the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province and subject to branch management of the Ministry of Education and Training.
