Providing additional guidance on preferences for people with meritorious services to the Revolution

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Clause 2, Section II, Part I of Circular No. 07/2006/TT-BLDTBXH of July 26, 2006, and Point 3 of Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BLDTBXH of January 16, 2007.- (Summary)
