CIRCULAR

Providing expenditures for receiving foreign guests on working missions to Vietnam; organizing international conferences and seminars in Vietnam; and receiving domestic guests

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Finance Ministry’s Circular No. 100/2000/TT-BTC of October 16, 2000, and Circular No. 149/1998/TT-BTC of November 17, 1998.- (Summary)
