CIRCULAR

Providing guidance on dossiers and their making for application of the preferential regime to people with meritorious service to the revolution

This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace Circular No. 22/LDTBXH of August 29, 1995, Circular No. 25/LDTBXH of September 28, 1995, and relevant provisions of Joint Circular No. 16/1998/TTLT/BLDTBXH-BQP-BCA of November 25, 1998, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.

Dossiers of people with meritorious service to the revolution and their relatives, which had been made before the effective date of Decree No. 54/2006/ND-CP of May 26, 2006, shall not have to be re-made according to the provisions of this Circular.- (Summary)
