DECISION

Promulgating lists of legal documents issued by the Finance Ministry by the end of December 31, 2005, which cease to be effective

This Decision promulgates a list of legal documents issued by the Finance Ministry according to its competence by the end of December 31, 2005, and a list of joint circulars which the Finance Ministry assumed the prime responsibility for elaborating and promulgating by the end of December 31, 2005, which cease to be effective.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
