THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No.86/CP of December 8, 1995 of the Government assigning the responsibility for State management over goods quality;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate the following branch standards:

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.

Article 3.- The Ministry Office Director, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality and the heads of the relevant organizations and concerned persons shall have to implement this Decision.
