DECREE No.77-CP OF NOVEMBER 6, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT PLACING THE COMMITTEE FOR OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE DIRECTLY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Summary) According to Decree No.74-CP of July 30, 1994 of the Government, the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese is an agency attached to the Government. In an effort to rearrange the State administrative organizations, the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese is hereby placed under the direct management of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.-
