DECREE No. 123/2003/ND-CP of October 22, 2003 prescribing the logistical-supply norms for armymen on active service Subjects entitled to the logistical-supply norms prescribed in this Decree are armymen on active service, including officers, professional armymen, non-commissioned officers and soldiers.
