This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Trade Minister's Decision No. 1750/2003/QD-BTM of December 15, 2003 promulgating the list of localities located far from petrol- and oil-receiving international ports and subject to high business costs, for which oriented prices of petrol and oil shall increase by 2%.- (Summary) |
