DECISION No. 04/2004/QD-BKHCN of April 29, 2004 promulgating the organization and operation charter of the Science Activities Review Promulgated together with this Decision was the organization and operation charter of the Science Activities Review, which is a non-business unit having revenues and performing the mouthpiece and theoretical-study function of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Review is headquartered in Hanoi city and has its representative office in Ho Chi Minh city. The charter prescribes the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, working relationships and financial management of the Science Activities Review. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 457/QD of December 21, 1976 of the State Science and Technology Committee (now the Ministry of Science and Technology) promulgating the organization and operation charter of the Science Activities Review.- (Summary)
