Promulgating the Regulation on financial management applicable to the Bank for Development of Vietnam

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annuls the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 59/2005/QD-TTg of March 23, 2005, and Decision No. 17/2000/QD-TTg of February 3, 2000.- (Summary)
