DECISION No. 865/2004/QD-BTM of June 29, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on issuance of Vietnam's certificates of origin, form S, for goods to enjoy the tariff preferences under the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos Promulgated together with this Decision is the Regulation on issuance of Vietnam's certificates of origin, form S, for goods to enjoy the tariff preferences under the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos, which has taken effect as from January 16, 2004. Form-S certificates of origin shall be issued by the regional export and import management bureaus located in Hanoi, Haiphong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh city, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, Lang Son and Quang Ninh, and competent agencies authorized by the Trade Ministry. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
