DECISION No. 20/1999/QD-BTC of February 25, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on management and use of working offices at the administrative and non-business agencies

The Regulation on management and use of working offices at the administrative and non-business agencies issued together with this Decision shall apply to all working offices of the State management agencies, non-business agencies, armed forces’ units, political organizations, socio-political organizations and Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad, which are built with the State budget’s funds or funds derived from the State budget, or placed under the State ownership as prescribed by law.- (Summary)
