The National Department for Secured Transaction Registration is a unit under the Ministry of Justice, which functions to assist the Minister of Justice in performing the State management over the registration of secured transactions and registration of financial-leasing asset; organize the registration of and provide information on secured transactions and financial-leasing assets; manage and effect the registration of and provide information on other transactions and assets according to law provisions.

The Regulation on the organization and operation of the National Department for Secured Transaction Registration, issued together with this Decision, prescribes the functions, tasks and powers, organizational structure; working regimes; and working relationship of the Department.- (Summary)
