Issued together with this Decision is the Working Regulation of the Managing Board of the national target program on hunger elimination, poverty alleviation and employment in the 2001-2005 period.

The program’s Managing Board shall have to assist the Prime Minister in elaborating and directing the implementation of the national target program on hunger elimination, poverty alleviation and employment in the 2001-2005 period, more concretely:

- To elaborate plans and contents of operation of the program, the annual plans, mechanisms, policies and measures to implement the program; to estimate and anticipate the annual funding allocation.

- To coordinate with ministries and branches in directing localities to integrate activities of programs, projects and policies relating to hunger elimination, poverty alleviation and employment.

- To periodically report to the Prime Minister on the tempo and results of implementation of the program.

- To assume the prime responsibility in making the annual primary review and final review of 5 years’ implementation of the program.

The Regulation clearly states the assignment of responsibilities and principles for operation of the program’s Managing Board.- (Summary)
