The Prime Minister instructs the Minister-Chairman of Vietnam Committee for Child Protection and Care to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Minister of Justice and leaders of the concerned ministries and branches in organizing, on the national scale, the review of the results of 10 years of implementing the Law on Child Protection, Care and Education with the following main requirements:

To review and evaluate the implementation of this Law; the promulgation and enforcement of documents guiding its implementation and Decree No. 374/HDBT of November 11, 1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government), which details the implementation thereof by branches and localities; activities of elaborating mechanisms and policies for the implementation, dissemination and propagation of this Law; the examination, inspection, supervision and inter-branch coordination for the enforcement of this Law at central and local levels.

After reviewing and evaluating the implementation of this Law, to propose amendments and supplements thereto as well as mechanisms and policies so as to better implement it.- (Summary)
