Decision No.341-TTg of May 21, 1997 ratifying the national sport program. To ratify the national program on training athletes for high performances and building key sport and physical training centers. This program, which shall be managed by the General Department for Sports and Physical Training, aims at training athletes for high performances, including the building and perfection of the system of training athletes for existing sports events as well as the new ones, and intensive training of national squads for various sports events at Seagames 2003. The capital mobilized for the program shall include the State budget capital, credit capital, official development assistance, capital from foreign and domestic joint ventures and associations.- (Summary)
