To assign Mr. Le Xuan Trinh the task of presiding over the organization of the implementation of the following:

- Coordinating with the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel in drafting and submitting to the Prime Minister a model for organizing the management of the industrial parks and export processing zones in the whole country.

- Coordinating with the Ministry of Planning and Investment in elaborating a new Government Decree to replace Decree No.322-HDBT of October 18, 1991 and Decree No.192-CP of December 28, 1994 of the Government on the management of the export processing zones and industrial parks.

- Organizing the performance of the task of assisting the Government in directing the construction and management of the industrial parks and export processing zones in the whole country in accordance with Decision No.595-TTg of August 27, 1996 of the Prime Minister.- (Summary)
