To transform Base Paper Enterprise of Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemicals Company, an independent cost-accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation), into Song Thuong Joint-Stock Company (STJC).

Its head-office: Cluster 1, Tho Xuong ward, Bac Giang provincial capital, Bac Giang province.

Its charter capital is VND 1,473 million with 94.20% of which being sold to its laborers and 5.80% to outsiders.

STJC’s production/business lines:

- Manufacturing and trading in paper and paper products;

- Dealing in other lines in compliance with law provisions.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
