DECISION No. 244/2003/QD-BCN of December 30, 2003 transforming Dong Nai Wood Factory into Nhat Nam Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, Dong Nai Wood Factory, an independent cost-accounting enterprise of Vietnam Paper Corporation, shall be transformed into a joint-stock company with its English transaction name as Nhat Nam Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated to NHANACO. The joint-stock company shall have a charter capital of VND 7,100,000,000, with the State's equities representing 30%; equities sold to laborers of the company, 56.34%; and equities sold to other subjects, 13.66%. It is headquartered at Road 9, Bien Hoa I industrial park, Dong Nai province. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
