DECREE No.58-CP OF OCTOBER 7, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH AND RE-DELINEATE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWNSHIPS OF QUE VO AND LUC NGAN DISTRICTS, HA BAC PROVINCE (Summary) To establish Pho Moi township of Que Vo district on the basis of a land area of 77 hectares with a population of 1,863 from Viet Hung commune and a land area of 197 hectares with a population of 2,469 from Phuong Mao commune in the same district. Pho Moi township borders Viet Hung commune on the East, Phuong Mao commune on the West, Bong Lai commune on the South, Bang An and Phuong Lieu communes on the North. To annex to Chi township a land area of 184 hectares inhabited by 844 people from Tru Huu commune (encompassing Chu and Nhat Duc villages and the households of Tru Huu commune interminglingly living on the area of Chu township). Chu township has a land area of 319 hectares and a population of 6,087, bordering Nghia Ho commune on the East, Tru Huu commune on the West and the North, and Nam Duong commune on the South.-
