DECISION No. 248/2003/QD-BCN of December 31, 2003 transforming Hanoi Soap Company into Hanoi Soap Joint-Stock Company To transform Hanoi Soap Company (an independent-accounting member of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation) into Hanoi Soap Joint-Stock Company (HASO). Its head-office: 233B Nguyen Trai road, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. Its charter capital is VND 58,477 million, with 80% of which being held by the State, 15.06% sold to its laborers, and 4.94% sold to outsiders.
