ORDER No. 35-L/CTN OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE STATE ON THE 5TH OF JULY, 1994 TO PROMULGATE THE LAW ON ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL AND THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE (amended); THE LAW ON ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (amended); THE LAW ON TAXES ON ASSIGNMENT OF LAND-USE RIGHT; THE LAW ON PROMOTION OF DOMESTIC INVESTMENT; THE LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE CORPORATE LAW; THE LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON PRIVATE BUSINESS; AND THE LAW ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON MILITARY SERVICE DUTY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; PROMULGATES: 1. The Law on Organization of the People's Council and the People's Committee (amended); and 2. The Law on Election of the Members of the People's Council (amended), Which were approved by the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 5th Session on the 21st of June, 1994. 3. The Law on Taxes on Land-Use Right Assignment; 4. The Law on Promotion of Domestic Investment; 5. The Law on Amendments to a Number of Articles of the Corporate Law; 6. The Law on Amendments to a Number of Articles of the Law on Private Business; and 7. The Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Military Service Duty, Which were approved by the Ninth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 5th Session on the 22nd of June, 1994.
