DECISION No. 245/2003/QD-BCN of December 30, 2003 transforming Thai Binh Glass Factory into Thai Binh Glass Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, Thai Binh Glass Company under Dien Quang Electric Bulb Company, an enterprise of the Ministry of Industry, shall be transformed into a joint-stock company with its English transaction name as Thai Binh Glass Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated to TGC. The joint-stock company shall have a charter capital of VND 866,100,000, of which 100% of equities shall be sold to laborers of the factory. It is headquartered at Dong Co commune, Tien Hai rural district, Thai Binh province. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
