DECISION No. 77/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 transforming the Mining Chemicals Company into the industrial explosion materials one-member limited liability company To transform the Mining Chemicals Company, an independent-accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Coal Corporation, into the Industrial Explosion Materials Limited Company. The Industrial Explosion Materials Limited Company, abbreviated to IEMCO, shall have its own seal, be entitled to open accounts at domestic and foreign banks, and operate under the Companys Charter and the Enterprise Law. Its head-office: Phan Dinh Giot street, Phuong Liet ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city. Its charter capital: VND 36,646,634,829. It is engaged in the following production and business lines: - Producing, manufacturing, testing and using industrial explosives; - Researching into and applying scientific and technical advances to the production, manufacture, test and use of industrial explosives; - Importing and exporting industrial explosives, raw materials and materials as well as chemicals for industrial explosives production and trading; - Preserving, packing, supplying and making national reserves of industrial explosives; - Producing and supplying technical supplies, electric wires, explosives packings, daily-life paper and coal, and construction materials; - Designing and constructing industrial, civil, communications, irrigation and mining works; - Producing labor safety items and export garments; - Providing boring, exploding land, underwater mines; - Importing equipment supplies and garment raw materials; supplying petroleum as well as equipment supplies and pit-props; - Conducting land-road, riverway and seaway transportation; transit transportation; port management and exploitation; waterway transportation agents; repairing transportation means; constructing and renovating land-road motorized means; providing food-catering and lodging services for guests; - Dealing in other production and business lines, based on the companys capability and market demands, as prescribed by law.- (Summary)
