To transform the Northern Coal Processing and Trading Company, an independent-accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Coal Corporation, into the Northern Coal Processing and Trading Limited Company, abbreviated to NCPT.

The Limited Liability Company has its own seal, is entitled to open accounts at domestic and foreign banks as prescribed by law, and operates under its Charter and the Enterprise Law.

Its charter capital is VND 20,223,051.839.

Its head-office: 5 Phan Dinh Giot street, Phuong Liet ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi.

Its business lines:

- Trading in pit coal;

- Processing coal for daily-life and industrial use;

- Transporting coal and dealing in waterway and land-road transportation;

- Providing hotel and tourist services;

- Dealing in food, liquor, beer and beverages;

- Trading in non-ore raw materials and construction materials;

- Trading in supplies, equipment and accessories;

- Importing and exporting equipment and supplies;

- Other business lines depending on its capability and market demands as permitted by law.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
