DECISION No. 655/2003/QD-NHNN of June 25, 2003 terminating the operation of Vietnam Gold, Silver and Gemstone Corporation and merging it into Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and Mekong River Delta Housing Development Bank To merge Vietnam Gold, Silver and Gemstone Corporation (including its Office as well as dependent-accounting units and non-business units) and 29 units and gold, silver and gemstone companies, which are independent-accounting members under the Corporation, into Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. To merge 12 gold, silver and gemstone companies under Vietnam Gold, Silver and Gemstone Corporation into Mekong River Delta Housing Development Bank. To terminate the operation of Vietnam Gold, Silver and Gemstone Corporation. This Decision takes effect as from July 1, 2003.-(Summary)
