DECISION No.1143/1997/QD-TTg of December 29, 1997 to upgrade Financial-Accounting Intermediate School No.III into the Financial-Accounting College. The Financial- Accounting College is attached to the Ministry of Finance and subject to the State management over education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training.
