DECISION No.97/1998/QD-TTg of May 22, 1998 to upgrade the Central Intermediate Vocational School of Commerce No.I into the College of Commercial Economics and Techniques. To upgrade the Central Intermediate Vocational School of Commerce No.I, attached to the Ministry of Trade, into the College of Commercial Economics and Techniques. The College shall be placed under the Ministry of Trade and subject to State management by the Ministry of Education and Training over its education and training.
