Main tasks and practical skills:
- Applying provisions of Chapter XX «General provisions on procedure for resolving civil matters» of the CPC.
- Applying other provisions of the CPC which shall not be inconsistent with provisions of Chapter XX (Article 311 of the CPC).
- The Judge should understand that provisions of Chapter XX shall precede other provisions in resolving civil matters; any matter that is not provided in detail in Chapter XX shall be resolved in accordance with other provisions of the CPC.
- When applying such provisions of the CPC, the Judge should refer to Article 311. For example, when issuing a decision on temporary suspension of resolution of a civil matter, the Judge must refer to both Article 311 and Article 189 of the CPC.
