Main tasks and practical skills:

• This procedure requires submission of evidence as under one of the circumstances as provided in Article 91 of the Civil Code.
• This procedure does not contain a search. The Court shall base on provisions of Article 91 as mentioned above.
• The Court must determine the date of death and legal consequences, together with accepting a request to declare a person dead, as provided in Article 91 and Article 92 of the Civil Code.
• Procedure for revoking a decision to declare a person dead is stipulated to be the same as procedure for resolving a new civil matter.
