5.1.3. Notifying of acceptance of the case


The Judge must ensure the acceptance of the case is notified in accordance with provisions of the CPC. The Judge should note the summoning of persons having related rights and obligations to the proceedings.

    • Notifying defendants, individuals and organizations having related rights and obligations, as provided in Article 174 of the CPC.
    • Receiving counter-claims, claims of persons having related rights and obligations and having independent claims (Article 176 and Article 177 of the CPC).
