The time-limit for the preparation for trial shall be two months from the date of the acceptance of the case. The time-limit for preparation may be extended with respect to cases of a complex nature or due to an objective obstruction.This stage concludes (but not all) the following:

• Notification of acceptance of the cases and requirements to litigants.
• Judges conduct collect, verify and prepare the case files
• Conducting conciliation
• Issuing one of the following decisions
• pplying preliminary injunctive relief
• Issuing bring the case to a hearing
