1.2. Receiving attached documents and evidence

  • Ordinance on Procedure for Resolving Administrative Cases (amended and supplemented in 1998 and 2006) (hereinafter referred to as OPRAC)

  • Main tasks and practical skills:

    • Where the petitioner files the petition, attached documents and evidence directly with the Court, the receipt of the petition and such documents and evidence must be recorded in the book of receipt of petitions,  as well as simultaneously taking minutes of the delivery and receipt of documents and evidence enclosed in the petition.
    • Where the petitioner sends the petition and attached documents and evidence to the Court by post, this must be recorded in the book of receipt of petitions, and compared with the list of attached documents and evidence which has been enclosed or written in the petition. If any document or evidence is found to have not been enclosed in the petition, in comparison with the list, the Court must notify the petitioner of this so that they may submit additional documents or evidence.
