• After considering the petition and attached documents and evidence, if the Judge finds that the case falls under the Court’s jurisdiction, the Judge must check whether the petitioner has to make an advance payment of court fees at first instance (Article 29 of the OPRAC and Chapter V of Decree No. 70/CP dated 12 June 1997 of the Government providing for court fees).
