Main tasks and practical skills:

• The Judge must determine the time limit for the preparation for the hearing of the case and issue one of the decisions in accordance with general procedures when the time limit expires.
• Time limit for preparation for hearing as provided in Item 5 and Item 6 of Article 37 of the OPRAC (from the date of acceptance of the case to the date of opening of the trial) shall be determined as follows:
  - Time limit for preparation for hearing shall be a minimum of two months and twenty days ;
  - Time limit for preparation for hearing shall be a maximum of four months.
