    • Where the trial is conducted in the presence of persons participating in the proceeding, the Judge should follow Item 1 of Article 44 of the OPRAC.
    • Where the trial in conducted in the absence of persons participating in the proceedings, the Judge should follow Item 2 of Article 44 of the OPRAC.
