5.2.8. Post-trial tasks


Main tasks and practical skills:

  • Checking the minutes of the trial and signing the minutes with the Court Clerk who has recorded it; Signing the minutes of the trial after any amendment or supplement to the minutes of the trial is made, with signature of the Court Clerk and persons who request such amendment or supplement (if any).
  • Providing excerpts of the judgment or decision of the case to the litigants; delivering or sending the judgment or decision to the litigants and Procuracy of the same level in accordance with laws.
